If you require any vaccinations relating to foreign travel you need to make an appointment with the practice nurse to discuss your travel arrangements. This will include which countries and areas within countries that you are visiting to determine what vaccinations are required.

Please book an appointment with our practice nurse at least 6 weeks prior to travel to discuss your requirements and plan your vaccination appointments. Travel vaccines do need time to work and provide the best protection and it recommended that you have your vaccinations no later than two weeks before you are due to travel.
Not all travel vaccinations are provided as part of the NHS vaccination program and so there may be a charge for some of your vaccinations, this covers the cost of the vaccine to the practice. Our practice nurse will be happy to advise you and answer questions during your initial appointment.
