If you are unable to come to the surgery you can be visited at home.
Please phone the surgery before 11.00 a.m.
The receptionist may ask you some details regarding the nature of your problem in order for the doctor to assess the urgency of the visit.
You may only request a home visit if you are housebound or are too ill to visit the practice. Your GP will only visit you at home if they think that your medical condition requires it and will also decide how urgently a visit is needed. You can be visited at home by a community nurse if you are referred by your GP.
If you need telephone advice, please ring the surgery. You may be asked to leave a message for the doctor or the nurse to ring you back at the end of the surgery or upon their return to the surgery. Please do not expect us to deal with complex medical problems over the phone.
